Paul's journey in the real estate industry began early in his life, growing up in a family deeply rooted in commercial and residential real estate ventures in Salt Lake City, Utah. From his formative years to the present, Paul has been immersed in the intricacies of the business - starting with a basic understanding of necessary tasks like yard maintenance, snow shoveling, and apartment cleaning as a young man, to carving out a successful professional career in the industry as an adult.

With nearly five decades of hands-on experience under his belt, Paul's expertise spans a wide array of roles. He has spent over a decade as a developer and over three decades as a commercial real estate lender, delving into every facet of commercial real estate development and financing. Throughout his career, Paul has taken on diverse responsibilities across the spectrum - ranging from land selection, entitlements, and project underwriting to construction financing, investor relations, and property management. His market involvement includes retail, office, industrial, self-storage, gas/convenience stores, residential land development, and single-family residential construction.

In addition to founding his own real estate companies, Paul has made significant contributions while working with two private development firms for a total of over ten years. His extensive experience as a commercial real estate lender and workout officer with various financial institutions for more than three decades has honed his skills in navigating different economic landscapes, including periods of expansion and recession.

Paul's educational background complements his wealth of experience, as he holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
